Aviro360® Inventory

Track equipment location, dwell time, and state automatically—no manual counts needed.

Zero-touch yard inventory.

Manual counts are outdated before you finish them. Aviro360 Inventory scans continuously as equipment moves through the yard.

Mobile Scanning Units

Mounted on select hostlers, pickup trucks, or golf carts already moving through your facility. As they drive, they scan automatically. No dedicated inventory runs. No disruption to operations.

Continuous Updates

Every pass updates position and status data in real time. Assets remain accurately tracked as the yard changes, without manual intervention or reconciliation.

Any Condition

Dirty containers. Faded markings. Partial obstructions. Aviro360 captures inventory data reliably across varying weather, lighting, and yard conditions.

Digital twin of sites.

Your yard exists in two places: the physical lot and the system that represents it. Aviro360 Inventory creates a live digital twin—a real-time visual representation of every container, chassis, and trailer in your facility.

See exact positions on an interactive map. Search by equipment number and navigate directly to its location. Track movement history to understand where assets were yesterday, last week, or last month.

Use that history to identify utilization patterns, staging inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve flow.

The digital twin isn’t a snapshot. It’s a living model that updates continuously as your yard changes.

What Aviro360® Inventory tracks.

Containers

20-foot, 40-foot, 45-foot, high-cube. ISO numbers, shipping lines, loaded or empty status captured automatically so teams know exactly what’s in the yard.

Chassis

Ocean carrier, railroad, or private equipment. Tri-axle, tandem, and gooseneck configurations tracked to show ownership, availability, and pool utilization.

Trailers

Dry vans, reefers, and flatbeds across company fleets, leased equipment, and customer assets. Monitor location, utilization, and maintenance-related dwell.

Track all equipment, even stacked.

Stacking shouldn’t mean losing visibility.

Vertical precision.

Most inventory systems can’t track containers once they’re stacked. Aviro360 Inventory captures vertical movements as part of the same inventory process, recording which container is on top, which sits underneath, and how containers are arranged within the yard.

That visibility makes it possible to organize stacks intentionally. Teams can position frequently accessed containers on top, group equipment by pickup timing, and reduce unnecessary reshuffles before work begins.

When a specific container is needed, you’ll know whether it can be retrieved immediately or requires additional moves, before equipment is dispatched.

Hardware designed for yard operations.

Aviro360 Inventory hardware integrates seamlessly with your existing equipment fleet.

Rugged Design

Industrial-grade components built to withstand vibration, impacts, extreme temperatures, and constant exposure to the elements. Designed for continuous operation in demanding yard environments.

Simple Installation

Flexible mounting brackets attach the Aviro360 Inventory unit to a variety of existing equipment types. Installations are designed to align with how each vehicle operates, powering the unit on when the equipment is in use.

Wireless Connectivity

Inventory data is transmitted to the Aviro360 platform using flexible connectivity options, including LTE and Wi-Fi. When connectivity is limited, data is stored locally and sent once a reliable connection is available, so inventory stays accurate without manual uploads.

See your yard as work happens.

Clear inventory makes work orders easier to execute, reducing unproductive moves, unnecessary reshuffling, and time spent searching for equipment.
